Lifestyle Changes Schedule

So this is part one of my plan- changing the way i eat. Here are the gradual changes i intend to make...


1. January 4th- Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
2. January 11th- Eat breakfast every morning (plus 2)
3. January 18th- Eat no candy (plus 1 and 2)
4. January 25th- Offer to split all desserts (plus 1, 2, and 3)
5. February 1st- Eat no dessert (plus 1, 2, and 3)
6. February 8th- Eat no white grains (replace with whole grain or whole wheat) (plus 1, 2, and 5)
7. February 15th- Eat no prepackaged meals (like top ramen or frozen meals) (plus 1, 2, 5, and 6)
8. February 22nd- Drink nothing but water and tea (plus 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7)
9. March 1st- Replace creamy foods with non creamy foods (dressings with vinaigrettes, alfredos with marinaras, etc) (plus 1, 2, 6, 7, and 8)
10. March 9th- eat at least 2 vegetable rich meals per day (plus 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9)
