today i went to a chinese restaurant for lunch. it seems like i ate a lot of food, but i wasnt even full when i finished, satisfied, but not full. and i had a 230 calorie jamba juice and one more 1/4 of that cookies n cream bar.
day 3
i need to add that last night i ate 1/4 of a king size candy bar last night before i went to bed.
this morning i weighed in at 201.6. i cant wait to be below 200!
Day 2
today i weighed in at 202.0.
i ate a weight watchers meal and some cashews. and some frozen yogurt. and thats it. :)

Day one, part 2
So after I had my Mango mantra Smoothie, I had a weight watchers baked ziti marinara for lunch and then a ton of potato chips. i usually dont eat potato chips but these are the best kind ever! theyre salt and pepper trader joes chips. I havent been very good at drinking water today...will drink more before bed time.

my official starting weight is 202.4 lbs. i will post my measurements later. right now for meal 1 i am eating a mango mantra smoothie from jamba juice. it only has 150 calories. i am going to try and post everything i eat in order to help keep myself accountable.
